We want you to love what you receive — because we put heart into everything we create. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

💌 Our Promise

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day your item is delivered. If it’s not what you hoped for, you have 30 days to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase

Start your return by emailing us at mmbizenterprise@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🔍 Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?

We sincerely apologize. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us right away at mmbizenterprise@gmail.com. We’ll fix it fast and fairly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and can’t be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products 
  • Digital products (eBooks, downloads, etc.)
  • Beauty/personal care items Perishables or hazardous materials
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out.

🔁 Exchanges

Need something else instead? The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to return it — no questions asked. Items must still be in original, unused condition with proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
